Abstract:Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models have recently become a central direction in embodied AI, but current systems are restricted to either dual-gripper control or single-arm dexterous hand manipulation. While low-dimensional gripper control can often be handled with simpler methods, high-dimensional dexterous hand control benefits greatly from full end-to-end VLA learning. In this work, we introduce Dexora, the first open-source VLA system that natively targets dual-arm, dual-hand high-DoF manipulation. We design a hybrid teleoperation pipeline that decouples gross arm kinematics (captured with a custom exoskeleton backpack) from fine finger motion (markerless hand tracking via Apple Vision Pro), and that drives both a physical dual-arm dual-hand platform and an identical MuJoCo digital twin. Using that interface, we assemble a large training corpus: an embodiment-matched synthetic corpus (100K simulated trajectories, 6.5M frames) and a real-world dataset of 10K teleoperated episodes (2.92M frames). To mitigate noisy teleoperation demonstrations, we propose a data-quality-aware training recipe: an offline discriminator provides clip-level weights for diffusion-transformer policy training, down-weighting low-quality demonstrations. Empirically, Dexora outperforms competitive VLA baselines on both basic and dexterous benchmarks (e.g., average dexterous success 66.7% vs. 51.7%), attains 90% success on basic tasks, and shows robust out-of-distribution and cross-embodiment generalization. Ablations confirm the importance of real data and the discriminator for dexterity.
Abstract:Robust prediction of molecular properties under extreme out-of-distribution (OOD) scenarios is a pivotal bottleneck in AI-driven drug discovery. Current scaffold-splitting protocols fail to obstruct microscopic semantic overlap, predisposing models to shortcut learning and overestimating their true extrapolation capability; meanwhile, conventional domain adaptation paradigms suffer under extreme structural shifts, as blindly aligning heterogeneous source libraries injects topological noise and triggers negative transfer. To address these two challenges, scaffold-cluster out-of-distribution performance evaluation benchmark (SCOPE-BENCH), a benchmark built on cluster-level partitioning in an explicit physicochemical descriptor space, is proposed alongside policy optimization for multi-source adaptation (POMA), a framework that formulates knowledge transfer as a retrieve-compose-adapt pipeline: labeled source scaffolds structurally close to the unlabeled target are first identified as proxy targets; a reinforcement learning policy then adaptively selects the optimal source subset from an exponentially large candidate pool; and dual-scale domain adaptation is finally performed at macroscopic topological and microscopic pharmacophore scales. Evaluations show that prediction errors of state-of-the-art 3D molecular models surge by up to 8.0x on SCOPE-BENCH with a mean of 5.9x, while POMA achieves up to an 11.2% reduction in mean absolute error with an average relative improvement of 6.2% across diverse backbone architectures. Abstract:Embodied agents can benefit from skills that guide object search, action execution, and state changes across diverse environments. Since embodied environments vary across layouts, object states, and other execution factors, these skills must self-evolve from trajectories generated during task execution. However, existing skill self-evolution methods are mainly developed in digital environments and often convert trajectories into coarse skill updates. Directly applying this paradigm to embodied settings is problematic, because a failed task execution may reflect not only incorrect skill content, but also an execution lapse in which the agent fails to follow valid guidance. We propose EmbodiSkill, a training-free framework for embodied skill self-evolution through skill-aware reflection and targeted revision. EmbodiSkill interprets each trajectory with respect to the current skill, uses skill-changing evidence to update the skill body, and uses execution-lapse evidence to preserve and emphasize valid guidance. Experiments on ALFWorld and EmbodiedBench show that EmbodiSkill consistently improves embodied task success. On ALFWorld, EmbodiSkill enables a frozen Qwen3.5-27B executor to reach 93.28% task success, outperforming GPT-5.2 used as a direct agent without skills by 31.58%. These results show that skill-aware self-evolution helps embodied agents accumulate reusable procedural knowledge from their own trajectories.
Abstract:Conditional molecular optimization aims to edit a molecule to realize a specified property shift. In practice, structurally similar molecule data is scarce, while decisions are inherently action-level: at each step, the system must select one local structural edit from a candidate set that is strictly filtered by chemical feasibility rules. This level mismatch between supervision and decision makes oracle-in-the-loop search unstable in molecular optimization. Regressing on property differences between molecule pairs improves data efficiency but relies on oracle-in-the-loop search, entangling transformation effects with global context and providing limited guidance for selecting the next feasible edit, often resorting to oracle-in-the-loop search. For this reason, we propose a response-oriented discrete edit optimization approach comprising two tightly coupled components: a single-step molecular edit response predictor (SMER) and a multi-step planner that composes local predictions into optimization trajectories via guided tree search (SMER-Opt). The approach learns a directional evaluation model over edit actions to support constraint-aware planning. It mines weakly related molecule pairs and decomposes their structural differences into minimal edit units, turning endpoint property annotations into process-level supervision and yielding reusable, transferable action primitives. A directional edit evaluator then scores feasible candidate edits by their likelihood of moving the molecule toward the desired property change, substantially reducing dependence on external evaluator queries at decision time. Abstract:Traditional data valuation methods based on ``row-count $\times$ quality coefficient'' paradigms fail to capture the nuanced, nonlinear contributions that data makes to Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. This paper presents a dynamic data valuation framework that transitions from static accounting to utility-based pricing. Our approach operates on three layers: (1) token-level information density metrics using Shannon entropy and Data Quality Scores; (2) empirical training gain measurement through influence functions, proxy model strategies, and Data Shapley values; and (3) cryptographic verifiability through hash-based commitments, Merkle trees, and a tamper-evident training ledger. We provide comprehensive experimental validation on three real domains (instruction following, mathematical reasoning, and code summarization), demonstrating that proxy-based empirical gain achieves near-perfect ranking alignment with realized utility, substantially outperforming row-count and token-count baselines. This framework enables a fair Data-as-a-Service economy where high-reasoning data is priced according to its actual contribution to model intelligence, while providing the transparency and auditability necessary for trustworthy data markets.
Abstract:Co-manipulation requires multiple humans to synchronize their motions with a shared object while ensuring reasonable interactions, maintaining natural poses, and preserving stable states. However, most existing motion generation approaches are designed for single-character scenarios or fail to account for payload-induced dynamics. In this work, we propose a flow-matching framework that ensures the generated co-manipulation motions align with the intended goals while maintaining naturalness and effectiveness. Specifically, we first introduce a generative model that derives explicit manipulation strategies from the object's affordance and spatial configuration, which guide the motion flow toward successful manipulation. To improve motion quality, we then design an adversarial interaction prior that promotes natural individual poses and realistic inter-person interactions during co-manipulation. In addition, we also incorporate a stability-driven simulation into the flow matching process, which refines unstable interaction states through sampling-based optimization and directly adjusts the vector field regression to promote more effective manipulation. The experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves higher contact accuracy, lower penetration, and better distributional fidelity compared to state-of-the-art human-object interaction baselines. Abstract:As deep learning-based AI technologies gain momentum, the demand for general-purpose AI computing architectures continues to grow. While GPGPU-based architectures offer versatility for diverse AI workloads, they often fall short in efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Various Domain-Specific Architectures (DSAs) excel at particular AI tasks but struggle to extend across broader applications or adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape. M100 is Li Auto's response: a performant, cost-effective architecture for AI inference in Autonomous Driving (AD), Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent human interactions, domains crucial to today's most competitive automobile platforms. M100 employs a dataflow parallel architecture, where compiler-architecture co-design orchestrates not only computation but, more critically, data movement across time and space. Leveraging dataflow computing efficiency, our hardware-software co-design improves system performance while reducing hardware complexity and cost. M100 largely eliminates caching: tensor computations are driven by compiler- and runtime-managed data streams flowing between computing elements and on/off-chip memories, yielding greater efficiency and scalability than cache-based systems. Another key principle was selecting the right operational granularity for scheduling, issuing, and execution across compiler, firmware, and hardware. Recognizing commonalities in AI workloads, we chose the tensor as the fundamental data element. M100 demonstrates general AI computing capability across diverse inference applications, including UniAD (for AD) and LLaMA (for LLMs). Benchmarks show M100 outperforms GPGPU architectures in AD applications with higher utilization, representing a promising direction for future general AI computing.
Abstract:Reconstructing 3D scenes from smoke-degraded multi-view images is particularly difficult because smoke introduces strong scattering effects, view-dependent appearance changes, and severe degradation of cross-view consistency. To address these issues, we propose a framework that integrates visual priors with efficient 3D scene modeling. We employ Nano-Banana-Pro to enhance smoke-degraded images and provide clearer visual observations for reconstruction and develop Smoke-GS, a medium-aware 3D Gaussian Splatting framework for smoke scene reconstruction and restoration-oriented novel view synthesis. Smoke-GS models the scene using explicit 3D Gaussians and introduces a lightweight view-dependent medium branch to capture direction-dependent appearance variations caused by smoke. Our method preserves the rendering efficiency of 3D Gaussian Splatting while improving robustness to smoke-induced degradation. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method for generating consistent and visually clear novel views in challenging smoke environments.
Abstract:This paper presents a comprehensive review of the NTIRE 2026 3D Restoration and Reconstruction (3DRR) Challenge, detailing the proposed methods and results. The challenge seeks to identify robust reconstruction pipelines that are robust under real-world adverse conditions, specifically extreme low-light and smoke-degraded environments, as captured by our RealX3D benchmark. A total of 279 participants registered for the competition, of whom 33 teams submitted valid results. We thoroughly evaluate the submitted approaches against state-of-the-art baselines, revealing significant progress in 3D reconstruction under adverse conditions. Our analysis highlights shared design principles among top-performing methods and provides insights into effective strategies for handling 3D scene degradation.
Abstract:With the rapid development of Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs), their potential in Micro-Action understanding, a vital role in human emotion analysis, remains unexplored due to the absence of specialized benchmarks. To tackle this issue, we present MA-Bench, a benchmark comprising 1,000 videos and a three-tier evaluation architecture that progressively examines micro-action perception, relational comprehension, and interpretive reasoning. MA-Bench contains 12,000 structured question-answer pairs, enabling systematic assessment of both recognition accuracy and action interpretation. The results of 23 representative MLLMs reveal that there are significant challenges in capturing motion granularity and fine-grained body-part dynamics. To address these challenges, we further construct MA-Bench-Train, a large-scale training corpus with 20.5K videos annotated with structured micro-action captions for fine-tuning MLLMs. The results of Qwen3-VL-8B fine-tuned on MA-Bench-Train show clear performance improvements across micro-action reasoning and explanation tasks.
